We cover the boat cruises you can book on Lac Léman, the lake that Geneva, Lausanne and Montreux sit on in Switzerland. This is the Swiss lake, not Lake Geneva in Wisconsin. A small editorial team keeps the listings current. There is no booking desk here.
Write in when something on the water does not match what you read here. The messages that help most tend to be one of these:
- A price that moved since we last checked the operator's listing.
- A cruise that vanished, changed route, or swapped boats.
- A factual error worth fixing fast: the CGN season dates, what the Swiss Travel Pass does and does not cover, the fact that Château de Chillon admission is a separate ticket from the boat, or the passport rule for the France crossing to Évian, Yvoire or Thonon.
- A real, currently-bookable Lac Léman cruise operator we left out.
- A question our FAQ and guides do not answer.

What we cannot help with
We cannot book, hold, move, cancel or refund a cruise. None of that lives with us. Every booking sits on the operator's own listing on the booking platform or cgn.ch, and only they can touch it.
If you already have a booking, the fastest route is the confirmation email the platform sent you. It carries your reference number and the operator's direct contact, which is what you need to change a date or ask about a refund.
Still reading up? The FAQ answers the common Lac Léman cruise questions, and the guides go deeper on routes, seasons and which trip fits which day.
